Welcome to Blossom. These Terms of Service govern your use of our prenatal and postnatal yoga coaching services, workshops, and wellness programmes. By booking a session, attending a workshop, or using our services in any way, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities as well as ours. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Blossom provides specialised yoga coaching and wellness support for expecting mothers and new mums in Manchester. Our services include one-to-one prenatal coaching sessions, postnatal recovery workshops, wellness webinars, programme series, and group workshops. Each service is designed to support your physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing during pregnancy and the postpartum period. We tailor our approach to meet your individual needs, taking into account your stage of pregnancy or recovery, fitness level, and personal goals.
Whilst we strive to provide the highest quality coaching and support, our services are not a substitute for medical care. We strongly recommend that you consult with your healthcare provider before beginning any exercise programme, particularly during pregnancy or after childbirth. Our coaches are qualified yoga practitioners but are not medical professionals, and our guidance should complement rather than replace medical advice.
When you book a session or programme with Blossom, you are entering into an agreement to attend at the scheduled time and to pay the applicable fees. Payment is required at the time of booking unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon. We accept various payment methods as indicated during the booking process. Once payment is received, you will receive confirmation of your booking along with relevant details about your session or programme.
Prices for our services are displayed on our website and are subject to change. However, any price changes will not affect bookings that have already been confirmed and paid for. If you are booking a multi-session programme, the total cost will be outlined clearly before you complete your purchase. We occasionally offer promotions or discounts, and these will be applied automatically where applicable during the booking process.
We understand that circumstances can change, particularly during pregnancy and early motherhood. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, we ask that you provide at least twenty-four hours notice. Cancellations made with sufficient notice will receive a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule at no additional cost. For cancellations made with less than twenty-four hours notice, we reserve the right to forfeit the session fee or apply it towards a future booking at our discretion.
For programme series or multiple session packages, cancellation policies may vary depending on how many sessions have been completed. We will work with you to find a fair solution if you need to discontinue a programme partway through. Refunds for unused sessions in a package may be offered on a prorated basis, minus any discount that was applied for purchasing multiple sessions together. We aim to be flexible and understanding whilst also maintaining the sustainability of our small business.
Your safety is our primary concern. Before participating in any of our services, you must disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or concerns that might affect your ability to safely engage in yoga or exercise. This includes complications with your pregnancy, recent surgeries, chronic conditions, or any symptoms that might require modified activities. We reserve the right to refuse service or recommend alternative options if we believe participation would pose a risk to your health or safety.
You are responsible for listening to your body and working within your own limits during sessions. Our coaches will provide guidance and modifications, but you must communicate if something feels uncomfortable or if you need to stop. Pregnancy and postpartum recovery affect everyone differently, and what works for one person may not be suitable for another. We encourage open communication so we can adapt our coaching to best serve your needs whilst maintaining safety.
Whilst we take every precaution to provide safe and effective coaching, participation in physical activity always carries some inherent risk. By using our services, you acknowledge that you are choosing to participate voluntarily and at your own risk. Blossom and its coaches will not be held liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during or as a result of participating in our sessions, workshops, or programmes, except in cases of negligence on our part.
We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our services, and we follow current best practices for prenatal and postnatal fitness coaching. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results from participating in our programmes. The benefits you experience will depend on many factors including your individual circumstances, consistency of participation, and other lifestyle factors outside our control.
We strive to create a welcoming, supportive environment for all mothers who come to Blossom. We expect all participants to treat our coaches and fellow participants with respect and courtesy. Behaviour that is disruptive, disrespectful, or makes others uncomfortable will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a coaching relationship if conduct issues arise that cannot be resolved through discussion.
During group sessions and workshops, we ask that you be mindful of others by arriving on time, silencing mobile devices, and respecting the shared space. Creating a positive, supportive atmosphere benefits everyone and is essential to the community we are building at Blossom.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. When significant changes are made, we will notify existing clients through our usual communication channels. Your continued use of our services after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically to stay informed about your rights and responsibilities.
